I believe all people have a place in themselves which is healthy and well. During our lives, with stress, loss and disappointment we all can get off course. It is my job to be with patients and try to hear how together we can find our way back to their more healthy life path. This can be done using many different tools. If one tool is not helpful, we move on to the next.

Ms. Troutner loves spending time with my husband, children and two dogs. She loves to garden, cook all kinds of healthy food, and do craft projects. She is interested in all kinds of books and love to read for fun and to continue with my love of learning. Exercise is essential and swimming in the pool or ocean is always good for my spirit. She is a member of Masters Swim Club.
