Mrs. Ritterman strongly believes in a holistic, team-based approach to health care, with the patient playing the most important role. Health includes physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social wellbeing. By providing care based on scientific evidence and communicating up-to-date information, I hope to guide patients in a shared decision-making process that ensures they get the best care possible. I also advocate for my patients and their families by connecting them to resources and speaking on their behalf, when necessary, so they get access to the care and support they need.

Mrs. Ritterman enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing, traveling, cooking, reading, and enjoying nature.
