Megan enjoys empowering individuals to establish healthy habits that can be embraced for a lifetime.

Megan is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, American Diabetes Association, and American Dietetic Association. She can also be found volunteering at her children’s school or attending a spin/cycling class at her local gym.

Megan enjoys running, swimming, biking, skiing, hiking, and pretty much anything that is outdoors and keeps her moving. Finding time to connect with family and friends or relaxing over a good book also brings her much joy. She is grateful for all travel opportunities but especially when they present opportunities to learn about other cultures and lifestyles.
