Molly F July, L.Ac.

Molly considers her patients to be her best teachers, and specializes in a gentle, trauma-informed approach. She believes that all bodies deserve compassionate care in managing pain (chronic and acute), chronic stress, migraines, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, major life transitions, hormonal issues, digestive issues, and oncology support. Molly strives to make each acupuncture session comfortable, enjoyable, and restorative.

Molly Fread July, L.Ac. is a board-certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner at the IHH in Sacramento. She earned her Master of Science in 2009 from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO. She first practiced extensively in Community Acupuncture, treating a wide variety of conditions across a beautifully diverse patient base. Molly joined the IHH in Spring 2020, and feels truly grateful to work alongside this dedicated team of clinicians and staff. She is enthusiastic about the benefits of acupuncture and herbal medicine to relieve suffering and to help reconnect with joy. She is delighted to add her experience to this talented group.
