As a nurse practitioner in the department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, I work very closely with our surgeons, nurses and other staff to ensure that all patients receive exceptional and compassionate care. I am dedicated to guiding patients through their journey by educating them about every phase and aspect of the surgical and reconstructive process, helping them recover physically and psychologically after surgery, and providing essential support to help them restore and attain a new sense of wholeness and well being.

My goal is to treat every patient as if he or she is my only patient and to ensure that they leave the practice knowing that all of their needs have been met, whether those needs are physical, psychosocial, or emotional.

As a woman, wife and mother, as well as an experienced nurse practitioner, who has personally seen family members, friends and many patients through breast cancer surgery and reconstruction, I am passionate about working with women battling breast cancer. I pride myself in helping them regain their sense of self and femininity. I strive to provide my patients with every available option so we can design a personalized plan of care.
