My goal is to provide comprehensive, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and respectful care. I want your child to feel safe and even look forward to the doctor’s office! I want to help parents help their children be as healthy and happy as possible.

Pediatric care also means caring for the whole family. It is where children and their parents come to have their concerns addressed and questions answered. I enjoy education and like taking the time to answer questions big or small. I emphasize preventative care, discussing common issues and questions before they become problematic. For example, before I went to school at UCSF, I studied Nutrition at Cal POLY SLO and worked as a nutritionist. Discussing healthy food choices with children and adolescents brings me joy.

I also use the latest evidence-based medicine to guide my clinical practice and frequently collaborate with doctors and specialists. I like to discuss the treatment options available to ensure patients and families make informed decisions about their health. Every child is unique, and I customize my practice to meet each family’s specific needs.
