Tinebeta is committed to serving her community beyond the clinical setting. She actively supports Inclusion & Belonging initiatives, mentors and nurtures the next generation of healthcare professionals, and serves in her local church community.

Outside of Medicine, Tinebeta enjoys hiking, traveling, discovering new restaurants, attending concerts, and exploring museums.
