Baked Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 pound firm tofu, drained, cut into 1” cubes
- 3 tablespoons regular or low sodium tamari or other soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 – 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 – 2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
Instructions
- Place tofu cubes in a glass dish for baking. Mix all other ingredients together to make the marinade. Pour marinade over tofu, stir gently. Place tofu in oven at 350 F for 1 hour. Stir every 15-20 minutes.
- Makes four servings.
