Parsley Mint Drizzle

Ingredients
- 1 cup tightly packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water (if desired)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until blended. For a thinner drizzle add additional tablespoon of water and process again. You may need to add a pinch of salt.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Variation
Substitute cilantro for the parsley.
