Parsley Mint Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tightly packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until blended. For a thinner drizzle add additional tablespoon of water and process again. You may need to add a pinch of salt.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Variation
Substitute cilantro for the parsley.
