Vibrant Green Smoothie

What a great way to eat more vegetables, along with a little fruit (the avocado). It's not too sweet. It is packed full of fiber to aid in digestion, B vitamins to support your energy and immune system and phytonutrients to optimize your metabolism. 

Ingredients

  • ½ large or 1 small avocado
  • 6 inches of cucumber (include the skin)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 - 2 handfuls of spinach or other leafy green
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Blend fruit and vegetables adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
