Vibrant Green Smoothie

What a great way to eat more vegetables, along with a little fruit (the avocado). It's not too sweet. It is packed full of fiber to aid in digestion, B vitamins to support your energy and immune system and phytonutrients to optimize your metabolism.
Ingredients
- ½ large or 1 small avocado
- 6 inches of cucumber (include the skin)
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 - 2 handfuls of spinach or other leafy green
- Water
Instructions
- Blend fruit and vegetables adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
