Christopher J Laing

Dr. Christopher Laing is a board‑certified Interventional Radiologist with more than 15 years of clinical expertise in advanced image‑guided procedures. He currently serves as an Attending Interventional Radiologist with Sutter Medical Group, where he has practiced since 2014, previously holding leadership roles including IR Section Chair, Medical Director, and Systemwide Epic Subject Matter Expert. Dr. Laing completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, following a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Case Western Reserve University, where he earned multiple honors, including the RSNA Roentgen Research Award.

His research and publications span gastrointestinal bleeding, cholangioscopy, chemoperfusion techniques, and liver metastasis treatment. Dr. Laing has participated as Principal Investigator in several clinical trials focused on interventional oncology and minimally invasive therapies. Dedicated to advancing patient care, he continues to contribute to clinical innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration in radiology.
