Dr. David V. Daniels is a leading structural heart surgeon and innovator with more than a decade of experience advancing transcatheter therapies. As Co‑Director of the Structural Heart Program at Sutter Health Bay Area and director of the CPMC Cardiac Cath Lab, he oversees more than 300 TAVR procedures annually and has built one of the region’s highest‑performing multidisciplinary programs. A recognized expert in acute mechanical circulatory support and complex structural interventions, he is also a top enroller in cardiovascular device trials and serves as Global Principal Investigator for the ENCIRCLE study—the first transseptal TMVR system to reach approved human use.
Dr. Daniels is the founder and CEO of Solo Pace Inc., a medical device startup developing transformative technologies for TAVR efficiency and post‑procedure heart block management. He previously led a 100‑physician cardiovascular organization and continues to shape the field through prolific research, publications, and faculty roles.
