Natalia Colocci, M.D., Ph.D.

Natalia Colocci, MD, PhD, is a board-certified medical oncologist at Palo Alto Medical Foundation and serves as Executive Medical Director of the GI/Cancer Care Service Line. She has been a practicing oncologist with Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group since 2006 and also serves as Medical Director of Oncology.
Dr. Colocci earned her PhD in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology and her MD from Harvard Medical School. She completed her internal medicine residency, chief residency, and oncology fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center.
Her clinical and research interests include breast, colorectal, lung, prostate cancers, lymphoma, and blood disorders. She is actively involved in clinical research and serves as a principal investigator on multi-cancer early detection studies.
Dr. Colocci holds multiple leadership roles within Sutter Health, including membership on key oncology and therapeutics committees, and is committed to advancing high-quality, patient-centered cancer care.
