Oleg I. Krijanovski

Dr. Oleg I. Krijanovski is a board‑certified medical oncologist and hematologist with more than three decades of clinical, academic, and research experience spanning the United States and internationally. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Malignant Hematology and Blood & Marrow Transplantation Program at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Berkeley, California. Trained in Russia, Vienna, and the University of Michigan, Dr. Krijanovski has extensive expertise in bone marrow transplantation, graft‑versus‑host disease, and hematologic malignancies. His career includes leadership roles in pediatric and adult transplant programs and principal investigator positions on numerous national and international clinical trials. A widely published researcher, he has contributed to advancements in GVHD biomarkers, transplant immunology, and conditioning regimens. Dr. Krijanovski is also an active educator, lecturer, and consultant to leading pharmaceutical organizations, recognized for his lifelong commitment to improving outcomes for patients with complex blood disorders.
