Roozbeh Mohajer

Dr. Roozbeh Mohajer is a board‑certified hematologist and medical oncologist with extensive clinical, research, and leadership experience across oncology, hematology, and palliative medicine. He currently practices at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, where he has served since 2019, providing comprehensive cancer care grounded in evidence‑based medicine and compassionate patient support. Dr. Mohajer completed fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at Cook County Health and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at Rush University Medical Center, where he later served as Assistant Professor of Medicine. His research spans lung cancer therapeutics, prognostication tools, and palliative care, with publications and presentations at national and international meetings, including ASCO, ESMO, and ASTRO. Dr. Mohajer is an active member of major professional societies such as ASCO, ASH, and ESMO, and has been recognized with multiple clinical and research awards. He is fluent in English and Farsi and maintains diverse interests including music, calligraphy, and outdoor sports.
