Sandra K Baril

Dr. Sandra K. Baril is a Pediatric Hematology and Oncology physician with Sutter Medical Group in Sacramento, CA. She completed her fellowship at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, where she also served as a Research Fellow in the Rathmell Lab, investigating genomic integrity and mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance. Dr. Baril earned her medical degree cum laude from St. George’s University and completed her pediatrics residency at Geisinger Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Baril is an active member of Children’s Oncology Group and serves as the Institutional Principal Investigator for SMCS. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families
