Whether you’re recovering from an injury or living with a chronic condition, physical therapists can help you improve strength, mobility and coordination.
Outpatient Physical Therapy
For patients who need outpatient physical therapy, your therapist will help you set attainable goals and achieve them through customized stretches and exercises.
In addition, your physical therapist creates home exercise and strengthening programs specific to your needs.
We offer additional services including:
- Assistive device training
- Balance screening and training
- Gait training
- Hot and cold treatments
- Injury prevention education
- Manual therapy
- Pain management
- Patient, family and caregiver education
- Range of motion exercises
- Soft tissue and joint mobilization
- Strength training
- Transfer training
A referral from your doctor is all that is needed to initiate your outpatient physical therapy care. Our team will complete a comprehensive evaluation and work with you to create an individualized treatment plan. The initial treatment plan along with ongoing updates will be shared with your doctor to ensure they are informed of your progress.
