Our Bereavement Program provides grief support throughout 27 Northern California counties. Services are available to hospice patients, their families and the people of our communities.

Volunteer education to train and support our team of dedicated hospice volunteers in providing respite care: Volunteers are an important part of our team of nurses, social workers, home health aides and chaplains who provide compassionate care for our hospice patients and help ease their family’s stress and exhaustion.

Equipment upgrades: These provide our home health staff with physical therapy equipment, blood pressure cuffs in various sizes, and ultrasound and accuvein machines to create a comfortable experience for our patients and to enable accurate care is provided in the home.
