Our quality priorities guide how we deliver safer, more reliable and more compassionate care across Sutter. By focusing on areas like patient safety, clinical outcomes, care experience, access and affordability, we continue to measure progress and improve the care patients receive.
By adding more physicians, care teams and sites, we’re increasing our ability to care for more patients and making it easier to access high-quality care. We’re actively striving to care for more people throughout California by adding new care centers and growing our medical residency programs and academic partnerships.
Our electronic ICU (eICU) — the first of its kind on the West Coast and only the second eICU in the nation — has supported thousands of patients across our system. The expansive telemonitoring program ensures intensive care unit patients in large cities and small towns have 24/7 access to specialty doctors.
