Our mission is to offer high quality service in a compassionate environment stimulated by education and research support.

There are 3 residents in each year of the CPMC Ophthalmology Residency Program.

Starting with the January 2021 match, incoming residents will be required to enroll in a joint internship with the CPMC Department of Internal Medicine through the NRMP.

The Department of Ophthalmology does not review supplemental materials sent directly to us. All materials must be sent to the SF Match and will be reviewed through that service.

After we review your application, you will be notified by email if you have been selected for a fall interview. We typically offer 3 interview days that take place on Mondays in November and December.
