Program Curriculum
The Transitional Year Residency Program is well-rounded, with exposure to a diverse range of patients, conditions, and practice environments. Residents will cycle through a variety of general and specialized experiences at Sutter Roseville Medical Center. Clinical training is provided to residents through bedside teaching, small group discussions, and regular conferences.
Transitional Year
- Internal Medicine: 12 weeks
- Emergency Medicine: 4 weeks
- Electives: 24 weeks
- Ambulatory Medicine: 4 weeks
- General Surgery: 4 weeks
- MICU: 4 weeks
