The Sutter Family Medicine Obstetrics Fellowship is committed to delivering a strong educational foundation for family physicians seeking advanced training in surgical and high-risk obstetrics.
Training Family Physicians in Full-Spectrum Obstetrics
Our mission is to expand the availability of highly-skilled obstetrical services by training qualified Family Medicine physicians in full-spectrum obstetrics, including high-risk antepartum management, vaginal operative deliveries and Cesarean sections.
Your Path Through Clinical Training
A 12-month program with weekly clinic days, OB-focused rotations, and at least 32 L&D shifts per quarter.
Develop as a Family Medicine OB Leader
At SMCS, we have 4 fellowship trained Family Medicine Obstetrics Faculty that you will work with throughout your fellowship year.
