Program Eligibility

  • Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the NABP.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Personal statement outlining career goals, areas of interest, and reasons for applying to the residency program at Memorial Medical Center, Modesto
  • Official academic transcript
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation

Sutter Memorial Medical Center only accepts applications through PhORCAS.
