I love waking up every morning knowing that I can help make a difference in the lives of my patients and their families. It is a true honor and privilege that I can be at a patient's side during either the best or worst moment of her life, and get her safely through it. My patients constantly amaze me and teach me about strength, determination, and courage. In return, my goal is to provide the best care possible to help my patients through their transitions from puberty to adulthood, to motherhood, and beyond.

I have participated in two surgical missions to the Philippines providing much needed gynecologic surgeries for indigent women, and I hope to return someday. I have spoken at both local high school and college campuses to educate young women about birth control, safe sex practices, and gynecologic care. I am a regular blood and platelet donor for the American Red Cross.

I love watching home improvement shows with my husband, making every day a little more special for my daughter, tending to my dahlia garden of over 30 varieties, spinning to my favorite Peloton instructors, and snuggling with a great mystery novel.
