The Sutter Davis Hospital Birthing Center is a family-centered maternity and newborn care facility serving patients who live in Davis, Woodland, Winters, Dixon, and beyond. Our facility is a designated Baby-Friendly Hospital by the World Health Organization and the United Nations Children's Fund. In addition to high-quality OB/GYN care, our program offers water births, a doula program, nurse-midwives and group prenatal care.

Pre-registration is available for expecting patients. Please note, a provider is required to preregister. To find a prenatal care provider who delivers at Sutter Davis, please call (530) 750-5880.

We offer in-person tours every Thursday at 6:30 pm, according to the following schedule:

• English tours are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursdays, and Spanish tours are on the 1st Thursday.
• There are no tours on the 5th Thursday if there are 5 Thursdays in the month. There is no tour on Thanksgiving.
• Registration is required. To join one of our tours, please email SDHBirthCenterTours@sutterhealth.org with desired tour date
• Your registration is for two adults. Please meet in the lobby of the Hospital
• We also offer a 360-degree virtual tour of the birth center for those wanting a sneak peek.
