Dr. Watkins believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout every stage of life. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their concerns, and actively participating in decisions about their health.

She provides evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to each individual's values, goals, and circumstances. Whether discussing contraception, managing complex gynecologic conditions such as PCOS/PMOS or endometriosis, navigating pregnancy, or planning minimally invasive surgery to remove fibroids or perform a hysterectomy, Dr. Watkins believes the best care comes from working together with her patients. She loves helping women in all stages of life navigate difficult situations and empowering them to make healthy choices through lifestyle changes. She strives to ensure every patient leaves their visit with a clear understanding of their options and confidence in the treatment plan created together.

As a physician, she is committed to providing equitable, culturally sensitive care while building lasting relationships rooted in trust, respect, and open communication.

Dr. Watkins is passionate about promoting women's health both inside and outside the clinic. She enjoys mentoring students and aspiring healthcare professionals, helping inspire the next generation of physicians and healthcare leaders. She also values community education, particularly surrounding reproductive health, contraception, and preventive care, and believes that empowering individuals with knowledge leads to healthier communities.

She is committed to advancing health equity and fostering strong partnerships between patients, healthcare providers, and community resources to improve access to compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Watkins enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking, trying new foods, live music and concerts, gardening, creating fresh juices and smoothies, staying active through fitness classes (Pilates, yoga) and strength training, and exploring new places through travel. She also enjoys creating educational and lifestyle content on social media that promotes women's health, wellness, and balanced living. Above all, she values spending quality time with family and friends and believes that maintaining a fulfilling life outside of medicine helps her provide thoughtful and compassionate care to her patients.
