Aaron M. Lee, D.O.

Dr. Aaron M. Lee’s philosophy of care is rooted in evidence-based medicine, compassion, and shared decision-making. He recognizes that navigating a hematologic or oncologic diagnosis can be overwhelming, and he sees his role as both a physician and a partner, translating complex medical information into clear, understandable terms so that patients feel empowered to make informed decisions. He believes in working collaboratively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s values, goals, and quality of life. He encourages questions and second opinions and strives to create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. Above all, he is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that prioritizes not only the treatment of disease, but also the well-being of the whole person. He is committed to lifelong learning, continuous improvement, and providing the highest quality of care for his patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Aaron M. Lee enjoys exploring Sacramento’s food scene with his wife, visiting local farmers markets, and cooking new recipes at home. He loves spending time outdoors, whether rock climbing, biking, playing disc golf, or exploring new places with their dog. In his free time, he also enjoys cheering on the 49ers and playing board games with friends and family.
