Abhik Roy, M.D.

Dr. Roy enjoys caring for the full spectrum of gastrointestinal conditions, with a special focus on inflammatory bowel disease. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care and works closely with patients to help them manage both routine and complex digestive health conditions.

Dr. Roy is actively involved in clinical research and medical education and has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He has presented his work at national conferences and completed an Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). His clinical expertise is particularly focused on the management of inflammatory bowel diseases, including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. He is also active in the community, participating in health fairs, providing screening colonoscopies for uninsured patients, volunteering at his children's school, and supporting the local chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Roy enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. Together, they enjoy exploring the Bay Area's food scene, hiking local trails, and experiencing cultural events. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, running, hiking, and playing golf. A proud Philadelphia native, he remains a dedicated fan of Philadelphia sports.
