Dr. Ritter values the unique opportunity practicing pediatrics affords: the privilege of being part of a child and their family's lives as they experience childhood and adolescence. She believes in empowering her young patients to be actively involved in their own healthcare. She emphasizes education as a means of creating a partnership between herself and her patients and their families. It is through this partnership that Dr. Ritter believes she can encourage shared decision making with the ultimate goal of raising healthy, happy children and young adults.
