Philosophy of care
Cardiology is a rapidly growing field, with constantly changing evidence-based guidelines and advances in medications, procedures, and imaging. Despite all this, what makes being a cardiologist special to me is the focus on the patient; the opportunity to maintain a special connection with the patient while discussing some of the most important aspects of their health. My goal is to participate in shared decision-making that can maximally benefit the patient’s health, improve their quality of life, and relieve their suffering.
Personal interests
Outside of Medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking with my dog, baking, spin and yoga classes, and exploring new restaurants.
