Hannah N Eliab, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Tan was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Orange County, California. While growing up, she enjoyed her proximity to local beaches, Disneyland, and In-n-Out. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2016, she has enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, going on hikes, and jumping on the bandwagon and becoming an avid 49er’s and Warriors fan.

Dr. Hannah Tan is a board certified pediatrician through the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Since joining PAMF Palo Alto, Dr. Tan has loved being able to practice in such a supportive environment that has such deep roots in its local community. She is honored to have the opportunity to support children as they grow and develop and looks forward to working closely with families to advocate for their child’s health and well being. Dr. Tan is especially passionate about newborn care, childhood development, adolescent care, and preventative medicine.
