Jennifer K Casey, D.O.

Dr. Casey is passionate about partnering with patients to help meet their goals through the development of individualized treatment plans. She appreciates working with patients and their families to maximize lifestyle changes. She enjoys using newer technologies, including continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pumps, as well as newer medications that assist with weight loss.

I developed a passion for helping others while serving in the AmeriCorps NCCC program as a wildland firefighter in northern California, and with disaster relief efforts with the American Red Cross in southern California. Continuing this commitment in the field of medicine, I served in a rural hospital in Malawi, Africa as a Loma Linda internal medicine resident. I feel privileged to help others accomplish their health goals and help those in the bay area community.

I enjoy spending time and exploring with my son. My hobbies include hiking, snowboarding and vegetarian cooking.

Dr. Casey is a Bay Area native, growing up locally in San Ramon, CA and attended college at UC Davis. She completed her residency at UC Irvine in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine. She has extensive experience in diabetes and weight loss management.
