My philosophy towards health care is that my patients and I work as a team. I believe we get better outcomes when we work together through discussion, education and compassion. I truly feel it’s a privilege to provide healthcare and I have learned over the years that listening is the most important aspect of a visit.

I specifically picked Family Medicine because of the strong relationships that are formed. I feel I provide better care because of it.

I have several areas of interest in medicine, including men's and women’s preventative care, obesity, and diabetes. I also provide LGBTQIA+ care.

My hobbies including hiking, traveling, camping and trying new restaurants. I recently went to Sweden where I have distant relatives and enjoyed the culture, food and prolonged daylight.

I read almost daily and currently my interests includes dystopian and apocalyptic adventures as well as murder mysteries.
