Philosophy of care

I believe that sleep is the cornerstone to wellness—not only can sleep disruptions have an impact on your physical health, but it can certainly impact your emotional and interpersonal health as well! My clinical approach incorporates a holistic assessment of the individual, with a collaborative treatment style tailored to the goals of the individual. I believe that sleeping better starts with a better understanding of your sleep and am glad to offer the proven treatments that can help you improve your sleep.

Personal interests

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Primeau is an exercise enthusiast, she enjoys running, hiking and yoga. Dr. Primeau also loves to read, cook and explore all that the Bay Area has to offer.
