Naveed J. Rabbani, M.D.

Dr. Rabbani believes that great care begins with listening. He prioritizes taking the time to communicate clearly, understand each patient and family, and build strong, trusting relationships. His approach to care is grounded in medical science and tailored to the individual needs of each patient and family. He has a strong interest and expertise in integrating technology into healthcare. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Rabbani holds a senior leadership role at Sutter Health, where he leads strategy and implementation of health information technology across the system.

Before earning his medical degree at Harvard Medical School, he studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. His research focuses on health information technology implementation science, including the safe and effective use of AI in healthcare. As a nationally recognized expert in the field, Dr. Rabbani serves on the Executive Committee for the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Council on Clinical IT.
