Philosophy of care

I truly believe that the physician patient relationship is a partnership with the goal of achieving optimal medical care through education and shared decision making. I do my best to explain the pros and cons of treatment options while keeping in mind the circumstances of each individual patient. I encourage patients to ask questions and often enjoy learning from their experiences and what worked for them. My hope is to empower my patients with knowledge so that they are prepared to do what they can to take better care of themselves.
