My practice philosophy is rooted in a proactive and holistic approach to child health. I emphasize the importance of fostering healthy lifestyle habits from an early age, such as proper unprocessed nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being, to build a strong foundation for lifelong health. I focus on preventive care and empowering families with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions. Drawing from both my experience in raising a large family and my experience in critical care, I remain vigilant in identifying early signs of serious illness and maintaining a balanced perspective between nurturing day-to-day wellness and preparing for more acute health challenges when necessary. My goal is to partner with parents in a collaborative and compassionate manner, ensuring that each child grows up healthy and resilient.

Outside of Medicine, personal interests include raising my daughters, guitar, weightlifting, cycling, hiking, travel, gardening, diet/nutrition.
