Sonia H. Kamath, M.D.

A Bay Area native, Dr. Kamath is committed to partnering with families to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and individualized care. She believes in tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child and works closely with families to support the best possible outcomes.

Dr. Kamath serves on the Society for Pediatric Dermatology Education Committee and the Society for Pediatric Dermatology Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is also a member of the American Board of Dermatology Pediatric Dermatology CertLink Content Advisory Group and the American Academy of Dermatology. Prior to joining PAMF, she served on the pediatric dermatology faculty at the University of Southern California and worked at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, where she was Co-Director of the Multidisciplinary Rheumatology Dermatology Clinic and Associate Program Director for the Pediatric Dermatology Fellowship Program.

As a Bay Area native, Dr. Kamath is excited to serve and care for children and families in the community where she grew up.
