Dr. Piawah believes that excellent cancer care begins with listening. She believes every patient brings their own story, priorities, and hopes, and her role is to partner with them to develop a treatment plan that is both medically sound and personally meaningful. She strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, understanding their options, and participating in every decision about their care.

As a hematologist/oncologist with a background in integrative oncology, she combines the most current evidence-based treatments with comprehensive supportive care to help patients live as well as possible throughout their cancer journey. Whether pursuing curative treatment, managing advanced disease, or focusing on survivorship, her goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that addresses the whole person—not just the cancer.

Dr. Piawah enjoys gardening, hiking, cycling, and spending time with her family and kids.
