Philosophy of care

Dr. Stephanie Lai believes that the pediatrician is the foundation of a child’s medical home. Beyond caring for children, she views pediatrics as encompassing the care of the entire family. She creates a space where children and their parents can have their concerns addressed and their questions answered. She emphasizes preventive care, proactively discussing common issues before they arise. She also practices evidence-based medicine, using the latest research to guide her clinical decisions. Recognizing that each child is unique, she tailors her approach to meet the distinct needs of every family.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. In her free time, she enjoys being with her son and daughter, playing tennis, and traveling.
