As an Obstetrician/Gynecologist committed to compassionate and comprehensive care, I believe in a patient-centered approach that honors individual autonomy, respects diverse perspectives, and fosters open dialogue. I embrace an open-minded and holistic perspective that acknowledges the multifaceted nature of health and wellness. I believe in meeting patients where they are, recognizing their unique backgrounds, values, and experiences, and working in partnership to address their needs collaboratively. With special interests in menopause care, adolescent health, and abortion and contraception access, I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where patients feel empowered to make informed decisions about their reproductive health. I am attentive and practice presence with my patients, recognizing and respecting the vulnerability inherent in seeking gynecological care. I work diligently to earn and maintain my patients' trust, understanding that it is essential for building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering personalized care that meets their unique needs and concerns. Through ongoing collaboration and mutual respect, I aim to provide personalized care that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of every individual, while advocating for equitable access to quality healthcare for all.

Outside of Medicine, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, petting other people's dogs (until I get one of my own - hopefully soon!), practicing yoga and meditation, sharing healthy colorful meals with friends, and dancing.
