Rachel N. Horne, CNM

Rachel is a full-scope CNM who recently relocated to the Bay Area from the East Coast. She has been practicing since 2019, providing comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care to people in all stages of life.

Rachel believes that shared decision-making and evidence-based practices are fundamental to providing excellent care. She is honored to support people throughout their fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences. She has a particular interest and additional training in perinatal mental health. She also enjoys providing both routine and complex gynecologic and reproductive healthcare to people from menarche to beyond menopause. Rachel strives to help her clients feel empowered and informed about their healthcare.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her wife and two children. She also enjoys fiber crafts, especially knitting.
