Shoshanah Orzech, M.S., R.D., CDE

I believe that is important to treat each patient as an individual and provide them with valuable and culturally sensitive diabetes and nutrition education to improve their quality of life. I strive to listen to each patient’s concerns and employ problem solving techniques to overcome barriers to success. I feel passionate about my work in the field of diabetes and foster a warm and nurturing environment so that patients feel heard and supported. I value and appreciate the team approach at PAMF as it provides the opportunity to work closely with each patient’s provider so that they receive the highest quality care.

Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Association of Diabetes Educators, and American Council on Exercise. Community activities include facilitating the monthly PAMF Diabetes Support Group and participation/volunteering in the Santa Cruz Track Club

Ms. Orzech enjoys being active and competing in both road and cross country running events. She also enjoys cooking, quilting, studying Spanish and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
