If so, an access code might be your best option.
There are two ways to get one.
Your doctor's office, just ask your care team, and by mail.
All it takes is printing and mailing a downloadable form.
Once you have the code in hand, activate your account online or on the app.
There's also our digital option, the online form.
After submitting a few personal details, you'll be asked to verify your identity.
Our recommendation?
Take a refresher on your past details like former addresses.
