Proxy access allows parents and caretakers to view records and manage healthcare needs for children and other dependents through My Health Online.

Allow proxy access to your healthcare record through My Health Online.
You can allow online access to your health record if:
- The person you're allowing access is age 18 or over.
- The adult you're inviting is a family member or has a legal right to manage your care.
- If you want to provide access to your account to someone who isn't a Sutter patient, fill out and sign the adult proxy authorization form.
Manage and view the health records of children age 17 and under.
You can sign up for online access to a minor child’s health record if:
- You’re the child’s parent or guardian.
- The child is age 17 or under. Note that teens age 12-17 must have their own accounts.
- You’re legally allowed to access information and make medical decisions for the minor.
- You and the child live at the same address.
