Dr. Mohammad K. Hararah, MD, MPH, FACS, is an attending otolaryngologist–head and neck surgeon at Sutter Medical Group, practicing at Sutter Medical Center of Sacramento. His clinical focus includes head and neck oncologic surgery, reconstructive microsurgery, and complex thyroid and parathyroid surgery, along with comprehensive otolaryngology care.

Dr. Hararah completed dual fellowship training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in head and neck oncologic surgery and reconstructive microsurgery. He trained in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at the University of Colorado and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He also holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hararah serves as Director of the Sutter Health Head & Neck Multidisciplinary Tumor Board, where he leads regional collaboration across specialties to optimize patient care. He is also Section Chair of Otolaryngology and contributes to institutional quality and safety initiatives. As an Assistant Clinical Professor at California Northstate University College of Medicine, he is dedicated to teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians.

Dr. Hararah has an extensive research background with numerous peer-reviewed publications in oncology and head and neck surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of multiple national professional organizations.
