  • Sign up for My Health Online to make appointments, stay connected with your care team, view lab and test results, renew prescriptions, access your records and more. Learn more about how to enroll.

    For help enrolling in My Health Online, chat online with a specialist, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, or call (866) 978-8837.

  • Get answers to questions about insurance through My Health Online. Sign in, then look for Insurance Questions under the Billing tab.

  • You can send a secure message directly to your provider through your My Health Online account. Enroll or sign in to My Health Online.

  • Contact your provider for medication refills, view your current medications, dosage instructions and ordering clinician’s name through My Health Online. Sign in, then look for Medications/Prescriptions under the Health Record tab.

    If the label on your medication bottle indicates that you have refills left, you should call the dispensing pharmacy directly for more medication.

  • To request your medical record, submit your Medical Records Authorization Form online (available in English, Spanish or Chinese) or sign in to My Health Online. In My Health Online, navigate to Health Record, then My Tools and Request Medical Record.

    To report an inaccuracy about a provider’s note in your After-Visit Summary or patient record, please call the number associated with your location.

  • To schedule Video Visits with your provider or a Sutter Walk-In Care clinician, sign in to My Health Online.
