How to Apply
We’re accepting applications for two addiction medicine fellows for the 2026–2027 academic year. Applicants from outside the Sutter Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program are encouraged to apply. Please note, we’re unable to sponsor H1 visas at this time. Applicants must apply through ERAS (deadline October 1st, 2025). ERAS ID: 4040540012.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Complete an ACGME-accredited residency
- Be board eligible by July 15, 2026
- Hold an active California medical license by the program start date

Drug Abuse Alternative Center
- DAAC REAP: Community-based MAT and methadone treatment
- DAAC Residential: Men’s detoxification and residential treatment program
