Education Highlights
The educational philosophy of the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program is centered on progressive learning and professional growth. Residents are challenged to develop clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while assuming increasing responsibility throughout the residency year. Through mentorship, direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, teaching opportunities, and project work, residents gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transition into independent clinical pharmacy practice.
