The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital provides post-graduate training in ambulatory care, focusing on developing clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Residents gain experience through rotations in clinical services and administrative committees, preparing them for independent practice and further training opportunities.
